When I tried to login to My Social Security it said I do not have access to that account so I contacted Social Security for help and they determined that it was the Firefox browser and asked me to open Microsoft Edge and try to login and that worked perfectly. Why is Firefox preventing me from logging into Social Security.

Since there is no error screenshot for anyone to see what it says or does during login and also since this is a private login access this something that is private and harder for anyone to diagnosis the issue.
