I want to create folders with my bookmarked list of sites, and be able to put the sites in them. For example all sites relating to NAEP go into a NAEP folder within my list. How?

I want to be able to go to "Bookmarks" on the toolbar, and see a folder with all relevant bookmarks in it--a folder I created and named. For example, I have many bookmarks relating to Math education, so I want to be able to create a folder, "Math Ed," and put all relevant bookmarks in there.
