can I add bookmark to already imported bookmarks
I had to completely remove firefox from my pc as it was infected by malware. I downloaded and installed the latest version . I did import my bookmark before I did that , so they show up as imported bookmarks. I have 10 years of bookmarks . Now I have new bookmark I want to add but I have to start all over with a new bookmark menu. I would like to add all new bookmarks to the ones I imported. Is this possible

In which folder(s) are the bookmarks that you imported located?
You can only add new bookmarks to one of the three root folders (Bookmarks Menu, Bookmarks Toolbar, Unsorted Bookmarks) or to sub-folder of those.

Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"
Open the Customize window to set which toolbars to display View > Toolbars > Customize Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout
Check that the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar If the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the toolbar palette in the customize window to the Bookmarks Toolbar
If missing items are in the toolbar palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up

I am sure sure if I follow. What is" Bookmark toolbar items" ? I do have a tool bar icom, a small star inside a gray box in the upper right hand of the browser. When I click it gives me a variety options "view bookmark toolbar" which is checked. Also "show all bookmarks" Which when I open it will show a box that has various toolbar setups. Is this what you are talking about?
