when searching for archived emails, they can be found but not read.
I recently archived all of my old emails to a local archive folder following directions found here. I can look through the archives and all of the emails are there and can be read. When I use the search bar to find an email, the email can be found but not read. When I find the email that I want in the search, I click to open it and the page is blank. Search worked fine in the past before I archived. I tried the fix folder option under properties, but it didn't help. Is it because I archived by year and month?

Search for the email, one you found click that email and see the location of that email.
If location is not showing, right click on the menu and choose the location option.
