Learn how to delete your account through the Mozilla VPN app. This article will walk you through the steps you need to take. To delete your account via Firefox, go to How do I delete my Mozilla account?

Warning: Once you delete your Mozilla account, your subscription will be terminated immediately. You won’t be able to sign in with the old credentials and you will also lose access to your Firefox data, like your bookmarks, add-ons and saved logins. Please note that if you’ve subscribed using the Google Play Store or the Apple Store, you will need to cancel your Subscription in their respective platforms.

How to delete your Mozilla account via the Mozilla VPN app

Open your Mozilla VPN app on your mobile device.
Tap Settings.
On the top of the screen, select your profile.
On the bottom of the screen select Delete account.
Write your password and select Continue.
If you have an Authentication app setup then you will need to write the security code from your authentication app and select Verify.
Check the boxes to acknowledge that you want to delete your account, and select Delete account.
You will be redirected to the Sign up page.
