How do I remove Private Browsing as an option?

I want to remove the Private Browsing option all together because I want to know what is going on with my computer at all times due to my family using it. How do I do this?

There is no option to disable private browsing. Even if private browsing is not used, a person can simply clear the recent history to hide their browsing tracts.

You could use a parental control program that keeps an independent log of sites visited, such as the free K9 Web Protection - http://www1.k9webprotection.com/
