"new contact" icon in the address book tool bar

Same here. Hard to add new addresses, hard to add to groups, and now, when I remove someone from a group, it removes them from my address book entirely instead of just taking them out of the group. Adding people of making internal adjustments take many more steps than before. This new address book system sucks. Sorry, but it does!

I will search for a more friendly email account.

FWIW I am not able to reproduce the removal problem you describe. And I am not finding any reports in the bug management system that match what you describe.

Please describe what is missing for adding new addresses and new groups.

And please describe the steps you are using in a "group" that causes a contact to be deleted.

I am trying to enter a new contact email. I find the blocks to type in the information, but it will not save the entry.

I have been adding new contacts until yesterday. Not it does not save. Please advise
