I am trying to access the Breezeline.com site to see my account. When I type in my ID and password at id.my.breezeline.com and choose sign on, the next screen is totally blank and the site won't load. I can get into the account with Chrome but I can't get Mozilla/Firefox to allow the site to load. I don't know what settings or permissions I need to allow the breezeline account to load. my email if you need it is pt3851@aol.com

Try clearing site cookies and disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

You can check for issues with Total Cookie Protection.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin), always make sure such extensions do not block content.

The problem does not occur in Troubleshooting Mode. It appears when I reload Mozilla, the problem had been solved. Thank you.
