I "Reset Firefox" and when it was completed there was No "Finish" Selection that never appeared as stated?
My Firefox has been having problems and causing very slow downloads. At the bottom of the Download there was a message to "Fix Problems With Firefox. I selected it and it took me to a page recommending I "Reset Firefox". I followed the instructions as given to "Reset Firefox" but no "Finish" button or screen came up as the "Reset Firefox Instructions" stated would appear immediately after this Firefox Reset that would allow me to "Finish" this Process. I want to complete this "Reset" of Firefox but I want absolutely Nothing to do with Google at all so how do I do this? I already have had the experience some time ago of finding that "Google" Hijacked my Laptop by establishing itself as my Primary Internet Search Engine when I tried to add a couple of Features of "Firefox" that did not even mention Google. I Absolutely Do Not Want Anything At All to do with "Google"

Hello,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Thank you.
Note that such issues also can be caused by security software.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
Did the reset manage to move the previous Firefox profile folder to an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop?
