Hi, I am struggling to open my work portal, which I have been able to use in the past.

I receive a message that "F5 plugin is required to show this page", however when I try to instal it, I receive a message that F5 plugin is not compatible with Firefox 25.0.1.

Any suggestions on how to get around this problem would be most appreciated

Contact your company's IT dept to find out where you can download that F5 Network host plugin from, or contact F5 support for help with obtaining their plugin for Firefox - http://www.f5.com/support/
