Hi everybody, I have just installed Thunderbird on a PC. There are 2 accounts linked to the same user name, P***@lock******** and S***** @lock******** Both accounts appear to work correctly ...BUT .. any incoming email goes to BOTH accounts, how do I stop this please ? I have "inbox for this account" ticked. What else do I need to do please. Best regards to all, Martin.

probably remove the setting on the web mail for one account o collect mail to the other address, or forward it to the other. That is the usual cause of duplicate mail appearing.

Hi Matt, thanks for oyur reply. Is the setting you refer to on Thunderbird, or on the Email server setting, in this case Plusnet. I did have Thunderbird installed on this PC some time ago, then I had UNIFIED ticked. I do wonder if these is a registry setting wrong somewhere that has retained that option.

Best regards, Martin.
