Desire to have unknownw charge to my visa account explained
My University removed all email accounts from their server and highly recommended a vendor that serves commercial accounts. The University recommended we not use Thunderbird so I complied with the University recommendation. I am displeased with this change. I was extremely satisfied with Thunderbird that I used during my student years & employment and for 20 years following my retirement.
I do not need Thunderbird at this time and deleted the app from my computer. Subsequently I discovered a charge on my Visa statement from Mozilla Thunderbird in the amount of $10.90. What is the reason for this charge that I was not expecting or authorize?
Thank you for your consideration. Donna Gould, dgould@uoregon.edu

This is puzzling, as Thunderbird never bills anyone. The email client is 100% based on donations. This is the tech support forum, and here is the URL that has the right people to investigate this payment in your name. https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/donate/help/
