When I am on a web page and have scrolled down a few swipes I would like ability to be able to have that vs swiping to get all the way back to the top. Any advice would be great, I'm using iPone 6s plus, current iOS, with the current FF browser. Thank you

Yes it is possible, just same as Safari. You need to genly tap on the top of address bar. Remember not on the address bar which will give you option to edit URL, but tap on the little blank space just above it. I hope it will work but needs a little practice sometime.
