When I use the Firefox browser, the use of this site is very slow, messages do not appear, and the site is horribly slow. Facebook also has the same problem. Please fix this problem.

I very briefly logged into the Firefox browser on a shared work PC using my personal account. I immediately logged back out again, and even checked to make sure it was not remembering my email/suggesting it for future sign-ins.

The next day when I went on Firefox on this PC, it was not signed in (on the top right settings bar it said "sign in" rather than showing my email, and clicking this brought me to the sign on page) but it was still showing my shortcuts and all my bookmarks.

Having gone onto my usual laptop, it's also synced the bookmarks that were on this work PC (with no account associated) to my personal account. It's like it's synced them entirely even though I never pressed sync, was only signed in for a minute and signed out fully afterwards.

This is a huge privacy breach for me, since it means my personal information contained in the bookmarks was on display for the dozen people who used that PC before I noticed what had happened. I deleted all the bookmarks on this PC, cleared cache and cookies completely and it did not seem to be showing anything anymore, but I'm not confident it's scrubbed permanently since it never should have been showing those things in the first place.

I realise I'm just going to be told I must not have signed out properly, but I really did. I'm paranoid about these things and I clearly remember doing it.

Surely if I sign out, my personal things like bookmarks should not be available to anyone using Firefox on that PC in the future? I'm struggling to understand why this happened and how to keep my account safe now.

I've tried everything that was suggested under the settings tab for password saving. I have enabled it for all websites, and yet FF is not saving any of my passwords. I also tried to import my PWs from Google. Still blank. What next?

Nach einem Neustart musste ich mich neu mit meinem Firefox Konto verbinden. Danach waren alle gespeicherten Zugangsdaten weg. Die passenden Dateien liegen im Profil Ordner, aber ich kann sie ja nur als .csv Datei importieren. Wie bekomme ich die gespeicherten Zugangsdaten und Passwörter wieder? Vielen Dank im Voraus.

For the past day or so every video on YouTube pauses after one minute with the 'Circle of Death' icon. Just hangs. Reloading the page only clears for a short time and after another minute it happens again. Speed tests and diagnostics from my Internet provider shows no constraints or problems with the connection. Other streaming applications do not have this problem. This happens with Firefox and Edge trying to show YouTube videos. Is there an application setting or Mozilla update that may have affected this activity? The attached image shows the pause at 1:00 minute.

I see this as a performance problem, and one that I'd hoped would be solved by now, since others brought it up in an Apple Forum.

When using iCloud Notes, the list always used to have empty circles/radio buttons to click on when done. They have all become black squares instead. Apparently this happened, according to a poster, with version 131.0. If so, it is still a problem with version 132.0.2, which I currently have.

Recently, I've been experiencing an issue with YouTube on Firefox. I have restarted all my network equipment and removed any extensions from Firefox, but the problem continues. Any help would be appreciated. Please see attached photo.

I love Firefox, but I can't find an answer to why the keyboard input lags 5-10 seconds. This is always noticeable in NYT Games like Wordle, but not Bluesky, for instance. I use Chrome now for NYT but eventually I'll go back to stay if I can't fix this, which is a shame as it's the best browser around. Thank you for your help.

A few months ago after an update to Firefox the window would open but be transparent with no controls visible. I tried the refresh Firefox option which worked but left other problems. A website has a medium blue header at the top with white fonts (links) on it, which still appear that way in Chrome and Opera, but since the refresh the header is black with black fonts in Firefox (which of course you can't see). There are also variations of this problem on some other other websites. The only way I can see links on those sites is to set color management to override 'always'. Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks Mike

Need help finding my old bookmarks on my hard drive that might have been erased when I did a reset Windows 10 install. Unfortunately, I had to restore my hard drive, and the Windows 10 tech advisor didn't tell me to save my Firefox bookmarks before I started the restore process. But the bookmarks might still be somewhere on my computer? And I don't think I ever created a Firefox account. So I don't think Firefox saved them.

Google Slides is very slow on Firefox compared to Chrome. It lags all the time in Firefox compared to Chrome where it runs normally.

I also notice it is using a lot more memory on Firefox compared to Chrome.

What?: Using screensharing option in Google meets stuns computer. Where?: Version 132.0.2 (64-bit) macOS 15.1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Google meet meeting. 2. Click share screen. 3. Select "Use operating system settings". - this is the only option available 4. Click Allow. Current behaviour: The screensharing feature stuns the computer, showing the loading mouse cursor for ever. I can't select the screen I want to share. The computer is unusable even after quiting Firefox. the computer should be restarted. Desired behaviour: The screensharing works normally.

Suddenly, I cannot see the sidebar from several providers any more. What shitty update have you done this time ?? It must have been in the time between 19th and 21th November 2024 !!

The missing side bars very briefly appear (less than half a second) when the site is loading, however, then they disappear for no known reason !!

So what ???

Since the 132.02 certain eBay items will not display its shipping info. Only on Firefox. Its not addon because I disabled all and I have the same addons installed on edge and all good there, I can see the shipping info on edge. And its only about 50% of the items which is weird. I have done the basic troubleshooting and I have to think it was this update. If you see the images attached Shipping values should be displayed. Some have a $ value some say +shipping, those are not displaying the value. Please help me figure this out as I use Firefox ALL day but if this continues I HAVE to switch. Ebay is my main source of income now.

When I click any link in an email (gmail) firefox refuses to take me to the site. Instead I get error messages like error 404 or most recently, the attached which was from a link in an email from my doctor. I opened the same link using brave no problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox a few times. I have deleted all plug ins. I can open every single one of those links and any other links in brave or any other browser. Not firefox. This is frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

Firefox requesting a "passkey" to sign into AOL. AOL says it's not them. it doesn't say what kind of passkey, how toset it up, where to get it, Nothing! Any ideas? I can get in on my tablet and phone, just not in Firefox.This request for a passkey just began a month or so ago, with no explanation.

I cannot log into Office 365 emails or Sharepoint online. I get the following message:

Recently, my bookmarks have disappeared (but leaving empty folders), reappeared, or reappeared but incompletely. (incompletely meaning not all showed up - alphabetically, only bookmarks beginning through letter "D." When I search bookmarks, the "missing ones" show-up in the results; they are just not visible in the toolbar. Similarly, if I try to add a new bookmark, it does not show. Help! thanks
