During transaction of buying for 29.9 $ the tracking protection Shield electricity went down.
To day 07.09.2023 at 12 Mid Day electricity went down. I was in the process of buying via internet at my PC the" enhanced tucking protection shield of Firefox. , I was several times over the past month reminded that it EXPIRED and needs renewal I gave details of my credit card, but am not sure if the transaction got completed. Because afterwards I could not find any trace of this transactipn at my PC and at my Firefox account, I am questioning ,if it was legal ?. Why is the " enhanced trucking protection " at present NOT LISTED between Furefox's products? please clarify.
Was it a legal transaction or a scam ? Was it completed or abounded ?
Please help to entangle these issues

Hi
Enhanced tracking protection is provided for free in Firefox - you do not need to pay for it.
Unless you have previously paid for one of our Premium products (such as VPN, Firefox Private Network and Firefox Relay), I am very sorry, but it sounds like you have been the victim of a scam. I strongly recommend that you contact your credit card provide as soon as possible for help and further investigation of this.

Hard to know what OS you are using Firefox web browser on since you posted this in the Firefox Focus product section.
