Hi, I got a problem since many weeks on Firefox Nightly, the elements on websites that should stick to the bottom float around 30pixels above the bottom. It's kinda annoying. My app is up-to-date. I got a Huawei P20. Thanks Elise

Fire Fox "nightly" version is the BETA version for the app and it is normal if you encounter bugs and also it is updated regularly. I would suggest you to use the stable version if possible if you want to encounter less bugs.

You can also give feedback directly to the devs in-app.

That's a huge gap; it's hard to think of a good reason for that as long as the site understands the device's screen height x width accurately. Do you use any anti-fingerprinting settings/extensions that might change how the site perceives your screen dimensions (or Firefox's window or content area dimensions)?

Thanks a lot for your reply, I deactivated my extensions and all the settings relative to anti fingerprinting and it seems that the website still have the display issue 🤔

@Huseen thanks for your time, how do I give feedback in-app ? I didn't find the option.

Thank you for trying that.

When I use the Responsive Design Mode in Firefox on Windows to emulate a mobile browser, the bar sticks at the bottom using a position:fixed CSS rule. It only uses position:absolute if the width is 1280px or more, which is not going to happen in portrait orientation. So it's definitely mysterious that the bar isn't at the bottom.

Maybe it's a bug, but I can't replicate it so I don't know whether it makes sense to report it. If you do want to report it, tap the menu button then tap "Report broken site..."

Done, thank you. I arrived on Webcompat website and reported my bug. I hope it will make a difference.

The Nightly development channel of Firefox for Android is not a Beta version when there is a Beta channel.

Release < Beta < Nightly

Hey, thanks for correcting me! May i ask, what is the difference between FireFox Nightly and FireFox BETA version? İ know that nightly gets updated regularly and beta also. My question is, which features they are differ from each other?

I guess you did not understand the Release < Beta < Nightly

Whether on desktop or on Android, a version starts on Nightly channel then moves to Beta channel which will have b# on end of version then moves to Release channel for the Release.

Also it is Firefox and not FireFox or Fire Fox.
