Can not access bank account truist.com
I can not access for days my bank account at truist.com. It shows it is loading but never does. I CAN access from any other browser want to use! Truist says it is a Firefox browser issue.
Chosen solution
Today I saw my firefox browser update. I have seen several firefox updates in recent weeks. I tried Truist.com today and I got into my account. So I am thinking firefox updates was the cure. I spoke with Truist a week ago and they contnued to say it is Firefox problem. Since I can access Truist on any other browswer I chose I say it was a firefox issue.
Issue is resolved by Fire Fox.

Thanks, those look basically the same as the previous list.
For some reason, certain of the site's scripts are not running correctly. It could be because something is not loading (blocked by some odd setting?), but we don't have many clues to go on.
If you try to load one of those script URLs directly -- remove the :1 from the URL if the site gives you an error -- does it load? The normal display is a wall of script text without any line breaks. (These do not seem to require a login because I can see them.)
I have given up on Firefox. I have uninstalled and reinstalled same problem won't load. I am uninstalling it for good. I will use MS Edge or Chrome both can access truist.con!!!
I did report to Mozilla why I uninstalled due to no access to truist.com maybe that can handle.
I appreciate all of you that have assisted me. Thank You
If it works in Developer Edition, you can get it working in Firefox by refreshing your profile.
It worked in Developer Edition. I refreshed my profile and it still will not load my account. I signin and the loading window just spins.
I just created a New Profile to see if it works, NOPE. Same issue continuous loading.
But it still works in Developer Edition? Are you doing anything different, like signing into your Firefox Account in the new profile?
No it does not work now in Developer Edition no matter what Profile I use???
Does it work in Developer Edition with a private window?
You may have to create cookie allow exceptions for some domains to make this work.

I have this exact same issue. I have tried everything, and nothing works. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?!?!?!?!
AS you say you have done I have exhausted all of the suggested "fixes" and nothing has worked. I had to give up although I am thinking about contacting TRUIST tech support again. I remember when I first contacted them the tech mentioned he had other complaints about not accessing using Mozilla browser! I think all Mozilla users that bank with TRUIST should call them the more complaints maybe they will look into it. I do not think it is a Mozilla problem. My fix is to use the Google CHROME browser which does work.
Yeah, I agree, I don't think it's a Firefox issue, either. I will contact Truist support as well. For the time being, I'm accessing my account on my phone. Not too keen on switching to Chrome. Thanks for the reply.
Does it work with Firefox Android?
So I went to my local Truist branch, met the "bankers", who basically were 12 year old girls, and explained my predicament. The first one didn't even know what a Firefox was, and held up her Samsung phone and exclaimed "this is a computer, it's all I use!". The second one, "the computer expert", explained that yes, Truist doesn't work on standard computers (desktop or laptop) with Firefox ("it's a server thing"), but will work fine in mobile apps. She sez, Truist is not gonna change anything and the ball is in Mozilla's court. All the while, she was smirking at me. I'm 60 years old and have been online for 30 years. And her implication was, You're old, get a tablet and use the app like all the kids do! I already have an iPad, thanks, you little twerp.
Time to change banks.
Modified
The Truist app works on my Iphone but not on Firefox browser. Still does not work on it today. Truist says it is a browser issue. Nope I don't think so. I use Chrome now to access TRUIST with no issues. I believe it worked on Edge too!
Yep, I agree, it's the Truist website. It works everywhere but Firefox. I'm using Edge strictly to access Truist for now, but will be switching banks, which, if we're being honest, are basically all the same. It's just a pain in the neck to have to do so.
