Could it be that all you're looking for something like this : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/voice-fill/ ???
This won't work without this extension.
Voice Fill started as a Testpilot experiment and later became an extension.

Dear densik, if at all possible, would you translate what it says on that dropdown in the screenshot you added to your original post ? Unfortunately I can't copy and paste from a screenshot; otherwise I would have used Google Translate .....
Also : could the problem be that the button you're supposed to click on, is greyed out (and therefore doesn't work) ?
(Edit : typo ... )

cor-el thank you very much for your links and sites, I will create necessary at this forum topic !!!! And I expansion already sent McCoy))))) Thank you very much to all of you good people!))))) The world is not without good ! people)))) I can translate what is written on the screenshot: access to the microphone allowed it is written at the top and from the bottom Deny access, update I am writing to you, and so through the translator ... I myself Donbassa DNR !!! in! the school did not want to learn English and I was told that he was useful to you was stupid (((((
Dear McCoy !!! I completely agree with you, most likely it is not active, but we don’t know where to turn it on (((Most likely in these settings: about: config
It won't work even if you are able to activate the microphone.
Firefox currently doesn't support the SpeechRecognition API for websites (can only be used internally) and Google only supports their own browser (webkitSpeechRecognition) for their services (user agent sniffing). So this neds to be worked on at both sides.

Worth a try :
Type in the address bar about:config and press Enter (promise to be careful, if asked)
Type in the search bar and look for the preference :
media.navigator.enabled and make sure its value is set to true
Do the same for :
media.peerconnection.enabled
If you had to change a value, then close and restart Firefox.
Any luck ?
McCoy, I have all these values included! Or should I turn off ???

If those values are set to "true", then leave things as they are.
Apparantly that didn't help ..... :(
It was worth a try, though.
I fully agree with you. Dear McCoy Expert!))) Every option, you need to consider, thank you very much, I took a lot of time from you (((((((((((((((((

If I were an expert, your problem would have been solved hours ago .....
It looks like using this extension might be your best choice :
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/voice-fill/
Would you give it a try ?
(but no rush - take all the time you need)
How not to say))) You have good knowledge!))) So that you are an Expert for me !!! Even the experts can not cope and are looking for a long time how to fix the problem!)) I certainly saved this extension, I like it!)) ) But I still want to include this !!!! If there are no options, then of course I will use the extension! But I would also write in support of the developers, they surely know the reason? Do you have this microphone in your browser? ???
" Do you have this microphone in your browser? "
I don't know which microphone that is .....
(I never use a microphone on my laptop .... )
You mention contacting developers about this - even if I knew who they were; I don't think that would be possible :(
Maybe you'd like to go over cor-el's posts again (?)
I completely agree with you that it will not be necessary for developers .... But how can they convey information so that they add a google microphone to this search engine ???? After all, somehow they will find out for a bug, errors in the browser? the problem and the more there are people with disabilities ... (((((
Maybe even on this site they will help, what he gave: cor-el suddenly there will help or they will say what the problem is? I already created a theme there:https://discourse.mozilla.org/t/how-to-include-microphone-in-google-public/42159
The bug report that cor-el mentioned :
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1409526
If you want to, you could vote to show your interest for that bug report :

Why in your case posting a comment wouldn't be a good idea :
See the section Commenting, especially #4
Thanks for the translator, I forgot about him) Good translators were removed from the mace ... (((This website cannot be translated into English there, I can't understand anything (((((Explain to me in a simple way and what is the vote ???If it's not hard for you?
Studying a little more, I see that with the user agent installed in Chrome, I get the microphone icon in the search box, but pressing does not give anything. Logging is enabled and setting a breakpoint with gdb indicates that:
