Donation page
Around Dec.1-2022 I started receiving a "notice", asking for a donation to "Thunderbird". This was NOT an email, it just shows up EVERY TIME I go to the "Thunderbird" site. I DID send a donation to "Thunderbird", AND a like amount to "Mozilla", near the end of Dec. Even got a "thank you" response, for the donation. It is NOW 11 Jan. 2023, and I'm STILL getting a request for a donation, EVERY TIME I go to the "Thunderbird" site. How do I remove the DONATION request until late Dec. of 2023?? Thanks-Joel Payne "flyplayne@bellsouth.net"

The start page you are referring to shows for every user, regardless of whether they have donated or not. It's primary purpose, as you can see from the contents, is not donations.
Regardless, you can change it using the instructions at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-disable-or-change-thunderbird-start-page
