Hmm, the word "buy" is troubling. Firefox for Android is free and you shouldn't need to buy it, just install it from the Google Play store. Here's the page: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.firefox. Are you sure you got that one?
Next about logging in, are you trying to set up Sync with your desktop Firefox, or is it a different site you're trying to log into?
Thanks for the reply!
Sorry bad choice of words I meant get. Setting up with desk top I think. Only thing I have to connect to not a tech person here don't live with phone and e-mail constantly on. Only use internet on phone when able to go on via WI-fi don't have data I can use on phone my sister line and she has to use the data part of the contract. At home where we have wi-fi and trying to sign in when put in user name and pass word nothing.
To connect an Android device to your wi-fi router, you usually do not need a username. Instead, you will select the SSID (the network name broadcast by your wireless router) and enter the password used by the network. You probably also have a username/password combination to administer the router, but you shouldn't need that just to connect and get on the web.
have ff app on my smsung g3 phone wanting to us ff when I am out to access the inter-net when I push on the app it wants a sign in, give it my yahoo email and pass word won't take says incorrect password her is the issue signed in here with same e-mail and pass word so ? don't understand how that information works here but not on the phone?
Normally Firefox for Android starts up on the Top Sites screen or another built-in page. You should not be asked for a password to access those pages. I'm puzzled.
What if you just cancel the username/password request. can you move forward to the built-in pages?
