Firefox crashes frequently - sometimes to the Crash Reporter, sometimes not
I often get Firefox crashes, particularly when opening new tabs/links, or when trying to watch YouTube or Netflix streaming content. I only occasionally submit a crash report because it happens so often - usually five or six times in a row, and often immediately after restoring or re-starting Firefox. I generally run Firefox in two windows, as I have two monitors - one for streaming content etc., and the other for whatever I'm messing around with at the moment. Any help would be most appreciated.
Edit: I forgot to mention here that this particular crash (bp-64ff33ee-d642-4ead-9df8-4ab5e2120208) happened as Firefox was loading into Safe Mode.

I will give this a whirl, thanks. I forgot to mention in my post above that the submitted crash report was from a crash that occurred while I was starting Firefox in Safe Mode, which I have edited in above.
Looking at your crash data, it's memory corruption so it's going to be very hard to pin down what caused it. Basically something somewhere wrote to a bit of memory it wasn't supposed to and when something else went to look in that space (much much later) it crashes because it got something unexpected. Unfortunately, by that point, there's no trace of what wrote the memory badly in the first place.
I think your problem with Youtube or Netflix may be a different crash (in which case please submit another signature) or it could be reflective of some other kind of corruption and Youtube/Netflix just happens to cause you to hit it more frequently. If you're getting failures in other applications or the operating system (random computer restarts, blue screens), it's possible that the actually memory (as in the hardware) is failing.
You can try to check for OOPP problems caused by plugins.
Make sure that you allow the plugin-container process in the firewall.
I just wanted to pop back in with more info, and to thank everyone for their suggestions so far. Since my first posting I haven't had any crashes, which is nice, but also not helpful in trying to figure out what the cause might have been.
As mha007 suggested, I ran through all my plugins disabling and enabling them in succession, with no result - no crashing thus far at all. All plugins have now been enabled for three days or so - previously I was getting crashes daily, usually in multiples.
Cww suggested a potential memory problem, and I have been having the occasional crash when playing video games, so I did a full chkdsk on restart and ran Memtest86+ for 7 or so passes, both with no errors. My system is rather getting on in years, however, so something like this seems entirely possible.
I've also added an exception for plugin-container.exe into my firewall as cor-el suggests, and thus far everything seems to be continuing to run smoothly.
So, in short, I'm not really sure what to make of it - as soon as I post my problem, it seems to disappear, of course. Thanks again everyone, and I will post back here with any further information about anything that happens as soon as it occurs.

->Uninstall your current Firefox
- Uninstall Firefox from your computer
- Restart your system
-> Download & Install latest Firefox version 10.0.2
- How to install Firefox on Windows
- DON'T START FIREFOX
-> Create a New Firefox Profile
- Basic Troubleshooting - Make a new Profile
- Now start Firefox from the New Profile

Well, after uninstalling and re-installing with a new profile as mha007 suggested, I have only had a couple crashes (https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/6a651d1d-349a-498f-a231-556922120302, https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/97da8bf2-61aa-44f5-8051-78f4e2120302), one of which had to do with Flash if I'm reading it correctly, and the other I'm not sure, they are possibly or probably unrelated to the multiple-crashes-in-a-row issue - but in any case, this has been much better than before, so fingers crossed that everything continues nicely.
