I'm assuming you mean http://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2012/04/24/tell-us-about-your-favorite-add-on-for-a-chance-to-win-one-of-three-android-tablets/ ? if so, just read the "How to Enter" instructions on the page, which say just to go to addons.mozilla.org, write a review, then fill out the form on the contest page to enter.
