Once you’re experienced enough on #fxhelp, you can then apply to the next level of contribution in the Social Support program. A contributor on this level can get access to the Conversocial tool and could answer from our official account, [https://twitter.com/FirefoxSupport @FirefoxSupport]. A contributor must complete two weeks of the first level of involvement to be considered for this set of contributions. But before applying, make sure that you meet the following criteria to get access to the tool.
