Error "Not athenticated"
Both my husband and I (on separate computers) get this error message when we try to open a message. Then our folders have to re-populate every time we open our emails, which takes several minutes. This has never been a problem in the past. How do I get this corrected?

I posted the same exact problem a few days ago, but no one was able to help yet. Can someone please offer their input/advice? Thanks!
