After an apparent update, this is what my FireFox Home Page Looks Like? How do I get rid of this annoying "ad"? I've tried to change this under Settings->Home->New Windows Tabs but it keeps popping back up after I try changing it-- like whack-a-mole.

On the New Tab Page I used to have a tile under Short Cuts that had a big plus symbol and let me add shortcuts to the page. It's now missing and I can't figure out how to bring it back. I don't why it's gone as it's not even two complete rows and I've allowed the max and I'm not using but 9 spaces.
Anyone have any idea how to bring it back?
