I can run Firefox if I uninstall and install an old version like Firefox Setup 35.0.1

This is possibly a problem with "Websense Endpoint" software.

Websense states that it only supports the Firefox ESR version, so you can consider to switch to that version if that is possible. Firefox ESR version seems to be working for me.
