back button, tabs and addressbar not working right

My back button stays grayed out no matter how many sites I visit. The only way to get it to work is to click on another tab, the then back button will work on the first tab. I cannot close the first tab at all. And last but not least the addres bar doesn't reflect the site I am on. Right now it says" forefox.co " I miss ed the "m" in com goggle cam up with results the I followed the help links. All the time the address bar stayed the same


this all started around beta 4.08 ( not positive) left feedback that this was happening on beta page

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
