When I log into my online banking I see the bar fill as I'm logged in and then the page with my account information does not load. I used the log-in name/password on my phone and on Safari and they work. Everything was working last week. I've restarted my computer and checked for updates on it and on FireFox. The bank offers no technical help. Any ideas?

How can this be fixed? Or must I leave Firefox for good?

Hi, Could you lease tell me how to update my Firefox. iPad current Firefox version is 132.1 and with this version I was denied service at my chase mobile bank. They required most recent version and I can’t figure out how to ask Firefox to update itself. It usually happens automatically so I never really paid attention. Thank you Andrew

I’m using the latest versions of the operating systems and Firefox is up to date. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that didn’t work either.

I don't know if this is a system wide iOS issue or something specific to Firefox, but I'm not able to disable link preview when long pressing a link. I was able to disable it in Safari which also disabled it in iMessage, but link previews are still showing up in Firefox and Firefox Focus. It's very surprising for a browser focused on privacy and security. I should not have to make a connection to another server in order to see the URL behind a link. Automatically downloading from an unknown URL opens my device up to zero day exploits and privacy violations. Does anyone know how to disable this completely or submit a bug report to Firefox?
