Am running TB 78.13.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10. I get ads from Domino's Pizza. Love the Pizza, hate the emails. I have tried every trick I know to set up message filter for it. The messages still show up in the Junk folder as unread messages. I have tried filtering before Junk classification and after Junk classification. Doesn't seem to resolve the issue. So, why oh why does this filter fail, and how can I fix it other than getting Dominos to take me off their mailing list? I could do that, but then I wouldn't learn anything about messaging filtering. And, no special offers! Thanks for your suggestions. A screen shot is included below. What am I doing wrong? HarryJarr

Is your Junk folder created by TB's Junk Controls, or is it an IMAP folder controlled by the mail provider? If messages are filtered at the mail server before they reach TB, that would explain why they end up there. Many mail providers use terms like Spam or Bulk Mail, but some use Junk, which can be confused with the TB Junk.

Thanks for the help. Yeah, it's an IMAP folder. I logged onto my provider, and when the message was again in my junk folder, I marked it as Not Junk. So now, maybe my provider's junk mail handler will start to recognize it as not junk, leave it in the inbox, and TB filter will handle it. I will persevere with that. Thanks mucho for the help.
