After updated to latest Firefox, uninstalling sync and resyncing through my account, computer will not bring up tabs from synced computer.
I have followed all the steps to update to the latest version of Firefox, uninstall the old sync (which never worked anyway) and create a Firefox account to install the new sync. The Firefox sync tab shows computers as synced, but even after restarting the computer, it does not bring up browser tabs from the other computer. Both have all boxes checked on sync. One computer has XP, my laptop has Win7.
Chosen solution
The list of tabs from other computers can be found in the History drop-down list. The History button can be found in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list.

Hi goatmother51, There is another page you can check after doing a manual sync for testing. [about:sync-tabs] The list of tabs should display here.
Where do I find that page?
You can open about: pages via the location bar.
- about: is a protocol used to access special built-in pages
Did you look in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list for tabs from other devices?
I looked in the "3 bar" dropdown list and it does not contain a "tabs from other devices" option.
If I go to "options" then "tabs" it doesn't have other devices tabs there either.
And where is the " location bar"? Is that what the 3 bar button is called?
- The location bar is the address bar on the Navigation Toolbar there you type the address of web pages.
- The "3-bar" Firefox menu button () is positioned at the right end of the Navigation Toolbar.
