Hi

Do you have any other apps that you have installed on your Android device?

Do you have any other apps installed on your Android device, such as any games?

No games at all, no music, Have, Outlook emails and calendar. No facebook

I have now uninstalled Firefox for the fifth time. Cannot except pop up adds

What web pages are you visiting before these adverts appear?

I have not visited ANY website via Firefox. The Ad mentioned above above pops up when I go to make a phone call or look at emails, in fact whenever I use the phone. It wants me to verify myself by identifying photos. None the less I have now uninstalled Firefox. I use Firefox on my main computer and would like to use on the phone but cannot find an installation which does not have the Ads popping up?

Hi

Sorry, this is not very clear. You are using other apps on your device, not Firefox for Android, and these adverts appear? What makes you believe that Firefox for Android is involved in this issue?

Just out of interest, have you installed a non default theme on your device?

Easy, No Firefox = no ads. Install Firefox, ads appear. I do not think that there are any "themes" on my phone

Please appreciate that if this was a widespread issue with Firefox for Android, there would be many people asking about the same thing that you are seeing - something that is not (as far as I am aware) happening.

If you are not using Firefox for Android, you will not be seeing any adverts or pop up there. The only thing that I can think of is that you have something else installed on that device that is triggering that page to be displayed.
