Firefox on my android phone (OnePlus Nord N200) won't load any web pages and there is a red line across the lock icon in the address. This is happening to any web page I try to open. I am not getting any error messages and the browser home screen shows my open tabs. When I click on them (or if I do a new search) all I get is a blank page and the address with the red line across the lock. No problem with Chrome, nor with Firefox on other mobile devices.

Hi

What version number of Firefox for Android do you have installed on your Android device?

Hi Paul - It looks like the most recent, since it is dated 06/09: 114.1.0 I have notice about a half dozen other messages about this same issue. This began for me yesterday (06/12).

I have this same problem with the latest update, posted about it here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1415832

Thank you for letting us know.

I have an Android and my Firefox is behaving the same this morning! I checked my version and it is 114.1.1. I have restarted the phone (VZ Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus) but that doesn't help. Is there a way to roll back to an earlier version of Firefox app?

I ended up un-installing the Firefox (ver 114.1.1) app, restarting phone and then installing it again. Now it works! Waste of time, IMHO. At least it works now.

Hi

Thank you for your patience while we have been working to look into and resolve this issue.

Please look out for an update from the Google Play store for Firefox for Android version 115.0.1 that we believe should resolve the issue that you have been experiencing. If you see any further issues similar to this, please reply here and we can look into this further for you.
