Hi There. Please can someone try to help me.. I know VERY little about computers. I have windows 8.1 and firefox. All works perfectly and always has. I do NOT have any other "devices" I am disabled and cannot use a telephone so do not have one, well, only the old sort i use to get one time passcodes. In the last few days, everytime i have had to make a payment to anywhere, i have had the onetime passcode "authentification" thingy pop up from Mastercard. Not a problem, works perfectly. Enter virgin media.. When i try to pay their bill, the "authentification" thing does not load properly and hence it is impossible to proceed. Virgin media are worse than useless and insist it is something wrong with my computer. If that is the case, why does every other website on the entire internet work properly then, apart from theirs.. I have added a screen shot of their web page.. If i refresh it, a different screen comes up, i have added a screen shot of that too.. Anyone got any ideas?? Thank you.. john.
