So for example i watch video on youtube (doesn't matter, it happens on every site), and i want to skip 5 seconds, i press the arrow key and the video rewinds, BUT the sound is glitching a little bit, until these 5 seconds are rewinded, and its very annoying. Same sound glitch happens on BSOD, audio is just repeat last millisecond of itself. so how do i fix it? i dont have thins thing at other browsers, and also this glitch doesn't appear in every session, sometimes everything is ok, but not always

I want to be able to highlight/copy an email address from the 'Results for:.. ' header at the top of the Search Results page in Thunderbird 115 (see attached screenshot).

When I use the Search Bar, Thunderbird recognises the email address as being used previously, but does not bring up any results. It used to be possible to highlight/copy the email address from the 'Results for:.. ' header in previous versions of Thunderbird. I would much prefer to be able to do this save time and ensure that I have the email address correct - otherwise I need to type it out manually which is frustrating and can lead to errors.

Recently I can no longer access emails. I always get the message "Login to the server secureimap.t-online.de with user name ... failed". This applies to the t-online and gmail accounts.

I have for many years moved relevant email messages from my inbox to an archive folder. My wife who also uses Thunderbird does the same.

Some time in the not too distant past Thunderbird has started preventing me from moving files from folder to folder.

I am running the latest version of Thunderbird.

개인적인 경험으로 유추해 보길 탭을 많이 열면 그런것 같음. 탭을 많이 열면 50~100 혹은 그이상도 열긴 하는데 한번 영상 재생이 안되기 시작하면 껐다 켜기전까진 계속 재생이 안됨.

혹시 설정에서 뭔가 수정해 볼 수 있는 방법이 있을지?

Trying to figure out why I can no longer save bookmark/favorite. Star icon is blue or turns blue when I click on it and then it does not save page? Windows 11 Firefox default browser.

Certain Office365 accounts like university or company organisations never worked with Thunderbird, even on desktop. However, there was an extension called OWL that allowed us to use our Outlook email with Thunderbird on the Desktop app.

When using the Android app however, those emails are not transferred over when scanning the QR code. Also, I cannot figure out how to add this extension or connect these types of accounts.

If this is not currently a feature, is there a GitHub issue for it, and if not how can we create one?

I accidentally moved a folder into another folder, when I tried to move it back into the main folder tree it disappeared. The folder and data is still there but it simply does not show up. It's a folder used to temporarily store emails to be replied later on (AA-TO Reply).

I have created a 2nd folder AA-TO Reply2 and searching for stuff I have in the other folder I can find some and copy them to the new folder but I can't remember all that I have.

If i search say for Physiotherapy (I have an appointment next week) I could find the email and it shows up as being in the AA-TO Reply (the one that has disappeared) but can't find a way to make it visible again.

There are no folders showing as having another sub folder inside them ( with a >).

Firefox requesting a "passkey" to sign into AOL. AOL says it's not them. it doesn't say what kind of passkey, how toset it up, where to get it, Nothing! Any ideas? I can get in on my tablet and phone, just not in Firefox.This request for a passkey just began a month or so ago, with no explanation.

Even though I'm logged in on TB with my Mozilla pw, TB will not reveal my passwords in TB settings. I use @hotmail.com and there appears to be a problem with pop3 server, Microsoft and TB. I get a authentication failure and according to FAQs I need to delete my pw in TB and enter a new one. But can't get there to delete.

on Windows 11, my installation of Thunderbird was only partially successful. I created my own installation path, as permitted by the Thunderbird installation instruction which included a "Local Folders" folder as a placeholder for all of my wife mail folders. But after copying all of her mail folder to C:Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\Local Folders - Thunderbird can't find them . The installation app gave no warning of impending doom. Any ideas about what might have gone wrong? I installed Thunderbird several times into slightly different paths - but not the default because I do my own backups and need to know where my files are located. Even though I am the administrator of the system I also got some messages telling me I wasn't an authorized user. Thanks for any tips, ideas or even complete solutions are appreciated. I keep experiencing this problem with different websites: Safari works, Firefox doesn't.

I entered valid license numbers (230880, 239798). Firefox displays NOTHING, no error message. Safari displays the relevant info.

Why is this and what should I do if I want to continue using Firefox? Thanks.

C:Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\Local Folders has all my mail folders from my previous computer - but Thunderbird can't find them - Why? I can send and receive e-mail but none of my folders are available

Thunderbird version 128.4.3esr (64-Bit): I followed the instructions (tools > export for mobile), but no accounts are shown to be exported to my Android mobile. Following the support link there, I do not see why my account is configured in a way that is not supported by Thunderbird for Android. On my earlier mobile, this account could be used.

Hello there! I'm a relatively new Firefox user that started using it around a month ago. The main reason is that it's currently the only browser that has smooth video streaming across other browsers I tried when I also do more demanding things on a secondary screen. However, since I started using it, I am facing a weird issue, where I am being randomly disconnected from chat on twitch.tv channels. It mostly happens on chats that are offline - but are still actively used by others - and sometimes, but rather rarely, happens on chats that are online but are slower - the error also seem to be different on those. It always looks like this: I connect to chat, use it just fine, then suddenly I get the message on the bottom saying "Connecting to chat". It usually takes a second, maybe two tops to reconnect. I have checked the page using Inspect function, and noticed an error that appears when those reconnections occur: "The connection to wss://irc-ws.chat.twitch.tv/ was interrupted while the page was loading". But the page is loaded already. I didn't refresh it or anything like that. So what gives? I have tested other browsers - Edge, Chrome, Opera - however it seems that the problem is Firefox-centric. The same chat on the aforementioned apps do not have the same problem while Firefox is happily reconnecting me here and there. I have tried clearing cache and cookies, I also tested in private mode without extensions, and in Troubleshooting mode, but to no avail. I also did a full Refresh of the browser, but the error returned after a day. I am attaching some screenshots that I did during the investigation for documentation. I was in contact with my ISP and Twitch Support, but on both ends was told that no problems were found. And so I am coming to the direct Firefox support. Any advice would be appreciated!
