When Thunderbird opens on my Lenovo Laptop new email does not load and I get partial message which says "The certificate for mail.airspeedwireless.ca is not valid for that server. Someone could be trying to impersonate the server and you should........" email account is through local ISP airspeedwireless. No problem with Thunderbird on my wife's laptop. I can access my email from my tablet. ISP tech rep doubts settings have changed on my laptop. Any and all help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Again coming from Outlook when composing email when you come to the end of the composing outline it automatically starts the line below. Is there a setting in Thunderbird for this? I have search and have not found an answer.

We apparently lost power sometime during the night. When I turned on the monitor and opened FF, I got the error message that it had crashed. As my subject line says, I lost all my tabs, the pinned ones (probably about 10) as well as the open ones (probably between 10 and 15). I also lost all my history. I can't use the 'Restore Previous Session' because it doesn't give me that option.

I've restarted Firefox and also rebooted my computer...still nothing happens. It's up to date, version 133.0. But I have no history beyond this morning. Is there any way I can recover those tabs or history?

And in my FF Settings, there's a link at the top that says "Your browser is being managed by your organization". I don't have or belong to an organization. When I click on the link it takes me to another page that says it's "Active" and there's a huge list of "Documentation" that apparently involves a lot of code. Can you please explain what all that means? Thanks so much for any help!

I am getting an error on Firefox trying to load Facebook. I have tried this on different computers on the same network using Firefox. However, it works using Chrome and Edge.

Within Firefox, I cleared my cache and data and even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but I am still getting the same error. The error says:

"Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can."

Any ideas if this is a problem within Firefox or if this is an issue within my network?

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I have abandoned any further attempts at getting thunderbird to log into my gmail accounts. since the update to thunderbird 128 whatever I try constantly get the incorrect password or configuration message in thunderbird despite google access confirm via my mobile phone. after using firefox & thunderbird for many years the outcome to this debacle is I will move to another email app I have wasted far too much time researching on the web for a solution very dissapointed

My add to favorites menu button disappeared going crazy trying to get it back, I believe it was a black star in the upper right hand corner,Please help it driving me crazy!!

When Firefox updated recently, all my bookmarks disappeared, except for the most used. I don't want the most used, I need all of them back in the side window when I need them. How do I make that happen?

My previous post seems to have disappeared, so will try again. I am 85 years old and have been using Thunderbird fo over 15 years with out any problems. Afew days ago I tried to send an e-mail and didn't have any "Send" button. In trying fix, I some how deleted my contacts sidebar. I sill have my addresses book. I have tried everything to retrieve them but no luck. I tried removing Thunderbird and reinstall, but it comes back the same. I would appreciate an guidance in trying to resolve my problem. Добрый день , я уже давно пользуюсь браузером фаерфокс и долгое время работал на операционной системе виндовс но сейчас у меня новый ноутбук на ос мак от эпл , и возникла проблема с авто переводом в браузере а именно , нет в выборе перевода страницы языков украинский и русский , я пробовал установить несколько расширений по переводу но они также почему-то не работают корректно а именно не переводят текст самой странички , мне приходится копировать текст и переводить в гугл переводчике или же выделять текст и нажимать перевод выбранного текста через плагин и этот перевод открывается в новой страничке что весьма неудобно . Скажите как добавить новый язык для перевода так как их нет в выборе языков , заранее спасибо .

When I try to use Publisher's Clearing House games on an ACER Chromebook 315 the screen locks up at "please rotate your device" it is a laptop so of course I am not going to rotate it!!
