Hi,

Each time we try to send mail we receive an error message: Sending of the message failed. We also can not save it as a draft. We'll get the message: Unable to save your message as a draft. Sending of the message failed. I have uninstalled Thunderbird multiple times and cleared all files that were on the computer. It did not help either. There is no problem with SMTP, so I can send a message from another computer and from webmail without any problems. We use Windows 7 64-bit It's a little problematic for us because we use Thunderbird in the office.

Thank you for your answer, but unfortunately that does not solve the problem. As I wrote there is no problem with SMTP. I had 10 different accounts with different SMTPs, all of which worked perfectly for 6 years and now none of them work no matter what account I choose. They work perfect on another computer I'm using. I have set a messegaes filter when I was on vacation. I think that this could have caused the problem. But the worst thing is, it will not work even if I've removed Thunderbird, reinstalled and reset everything. Problems still show up. I can not send mail. Now I had to buy Outlook because we have to email to our customers. it's very annoying Best Regards Monika
