How do I create a firefox shortcut which opens firefox without addons or extraplugins in Windows?
when I double click that icon it should open firefox like it did when I installed firefox(without addons, plugins) but with my history, passwords etc..

Are you talking about starting Firefox in Safe Mode? This disables all add-ons except plug-ins, and has other possibly unwanted side-effects, like disabling hardware acceleration.
- Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
- Example shortcut:
...\firefox.exe" -safe-mode
You can also create a new profile, manually copy personal data into it, and disable all plug-ins.
- Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
- Recover important data from an old profile
- Example shortcut:
...\firefox.exe" -p SecondProfile -no-remote
