that force me to use another browser when i want to google and look for things in google. i tried and delete that Mozilla folder, it slove the problem, but all my work is in this folder :( then i tried to creat another folder and add bookmark and passwords, extensions one by one,, i did save the bookmark, but the only way i found to save the passwords didn't work by using ( Password Exporter 1.3.1.1) extension, because it doesn't work on firefox 39.

so is there any way to fix this without removing the ( Mozilla ) folder?

thank you

hi, please start by using a current version of firefox - your current system details show you're on firefox 4.0 & that's probably why google will serve you its old website interface: Update Firefox to the latest release

if you are already using firefox 39, and the 4.0 useragent is wrong, then please refer to this article in order to reset the user-agent settings in firefox as probably one of your addons or prior customizations has overwritten it: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox

in order to know what's going on we probably need more information about the issuer of the failing certificate. please proceed like this: enter chrome://pippki/content/exceptionDialog.xul into the location bar and in the page that opens, set the server location to "https://www.google.com" in order to retrieve and view the certificate like shown in the screenshot. then please report back with the data of the issued by section of the certificate viewer. thank you!

thanks, so apparently kaspersky is intercepting all encrypted connection which looks like a man-in-the-middle attack for firefox if this is not set-up properly. you could go into the kaspersky settings > additional > network settings and disable the scanning of encrypted connections there. alternatively you could also try to import the kaspersky certificate into firefox like described by another user at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1026631#answer-650916 or contact kaspersky's support to get their software working.
