Menus do not work correctly (for me) on this Wordpress site with Firefox 43.0.1 - The site works fine in Chrome or IE. See images.

Here is the Wordpress site: www.geomore.com

In Firefox, the menus have a tiny gap between the top menu item and the sub-menus. I am unable to select the sub-menu items. As soon as I bring the mouse down, the sub-menus vanish.

In Chrome and IE, there is NO gap, and the sub-menus work correctly.

Thank You!

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

You can check for problems with preferences.

Delete possible user.js and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename/remove the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in current Firefox releases.

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks and history and cookies and passwords and cache and exceptions, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

I thought I had the latest version (I had just updated), but apparently not. I then updated to 45.0.1 --- That did not help.

Cor-el, the "Forget About This Site" option was the one that worked. Thanks to everyone for the quick replies!
