Hi there, I'm having an issue where my website isn't loading on Firefox browser on some devices. I've checked all the issues from my side and the website, but haven't been able to detect anything.

I've tested the website on different devices and different networks, and it seems to be working fine on other browsers, such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. However, when I try to load the website on Firefox, it just hangs and doesn't load at all.

I'm not sure what the issue could be, as the website doesn't seem to be having any problems on other browsers. I've tried disabling my extensions, clearing my cache and cookies, and restarting my browser, but nothing seems to be working.

Is there anything else I can try to resolve this issue, or could someone from the support team please help me out? I really appreciate any advice or assistance you can offer.

It opens here without any apparent issue. Try troubleshoot mode. It may be something other than add-ons.
