I use a Firefox account on two different machines- one is a Mac and the other is a Windows machine. I have some programs installed on the Windows machine that installed an extension for Firefox. Those programs are not Mac compatible but because of the same account, those extensions were copied to the Firefox installation on Mac. I was wondering if there is a way to isolate the extensions to just the windows installation? Thanks!

Type https://accounts.firefox.com/settings<enter> in the address bar and turn off add-ons.

You can use sync to share passwords, bookmarks, and history. Anything else may not be compatible between different browser versions or computer systems.

Hi FredMcD, thanks for the response. I logged on to the linked page but I couldn't find the add-ons option. The options that I see are Profile, Security and Connected Services. Am I not doing something right?
