firefox freezes when i view actual documents at ancestry.com

you put a name in the search eng. of ancestry and you get results,click on one and you get a summary of that document, everything is fine, when i actually view the doc. the page freezes up. it used to be ok, but one of the firefox updates(don't know which) & stopped working. my laptop works fine(haven't got any updates) and internet explorer works fine.

I work for Ancestry.com.

Can you tell me more about this problem?

Does the entire computer freeze up, or just the Firefox window? Can you close the window after this happens?
