Logged in today and all of my public keys were deleted in my key management file. I can't read or open anything in my inbox or folders. WTF happened!!!!

I logged into my thunderbird account to check PGP email. Couldn't open any new messages, couldn't open any saved messages in my folders either. I have the red stripe in the message box saying you have no proper keys to decrypt. So, off I go to my key management file and lo and behold, ALL OF MY KEYS ARE GONE. empty box. nothing listed. Wow. Now what do I do

Assuming you're using gpg. You can try to use the CLI to check your keyring using gpg. I'd expect you'll get the same result. So this really isn't a Thunderbird issue, but a gpg problem. You should ask on the gpg mailing list.
