Firefox crashes
I HAVE TWO COMPUTERS THAT BOTH CRASHED WITH FIREFOX ON 2/28/2014. NEITHER ONE WILL NOW OPEN UP THE FIREFOX BROWSER. ONE IS A DESKTOP AND THE OTHER A LAPTOP. THE CRASH REPORT ID FOR THE DESKTOP IS: Crash ID: bp-fef8e546-dcf9-45e7-af6d-1ced42140301

This is an out-of-memory crash caused by using up all available memory.
Can you start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key when starting?
Can you bring up the Profile Manager to create a new profile?
Try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem

I WENT IN TO SAFE MODE, AND THEN IT STARTED WORKING AGAIN WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING ELSE. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP.
