i cannot edit the title, shortcut to homescreen

step 1 bookmark the page step 2 edit the page, example: welcome to mozilla, i want only "Mozilla" step 3 long press the address of page step 4 add to home screen
damm it i still cannot change/edit the title i still get the title "welcome to mozilla"

Hi dexton
I see you have a duplicate question on /questions/1083333. Kindly avoid this so that you are not taken further down the queue.
I have a work around around the issue you are having. I believe this is a good feature to be included in the future.
- Remove the bookmark on your Home screen now
- Go to the page you need to bookmark
- Click to bookmark it
- Click on bookmark options after its added
- Edit the title as you wish
- Press the Menu button (either below the screen on some devices or at the top-right corner of the browser) , then tap on Page
- Tap Add to Home Screen with your set title
