Can't Manage Sync information
I'm unable to select items I want and don't want to sync in the settings. In the pass I could select what I could sync. I want too turn off settings sync to stop themes syncing. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-choose-what-information-sync-firefox This support page states you can select what you want to sync but I'm unable to change the selections.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
You can possibly inspect and modify the related Boolean services.sync.engine prefs directly on the about:config page.
