All my emails now show ---at the top ---a huge gray area filled with Tech information regarding the message and when i reply it's all shown at the top How do I get rid of this?’

what is displaying View / Headers ? All or Normal ? if 'All', is switching to 'Normal' changing anything ? if not, can you provide a screenshot of what you see ?
