Why is there no New Tab button?
There is no New Tab button with a "+" symbol on the right of the open tabs. How do I install or enable this please?

Do you see that button if you open the Customize window?
You can open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
