When I try to go to properties when printing, an error message comes up, "Prop Res DLL not loaded"
When I print a web page, and click on Properties in the print window, the error message "Prop Res DLL not loaded" comes up. I can still print, but I can't change anything in the properties menu. I'm using a Dell AIO Printer A960.
