My company has built a web-base client management system. One of its features is the ability to print forms which are html based. Myself and one of our clients have been using Firefox 3.6. Our client recently upgraded from XP to Windows 7 and from Firefox 3.6 to 10.0. After they upgraded they reported problems printing certain forms. I upgraded to 10.0.2 to try and duplicate the problem which I was able to do.

There are two problems: 1. If the form is has too many pages it prints a few blank pages and the Printing Progress freezes at 43% and locks up Firefox and then you have to ctrl-alt-delete to unlock it.

2. If the form is smaller Firefox prints the pages but doesn't print some of the data which is in a shaded row.

In both instances the forms appear fine in the Print Preview.

I appreciate any help. Thanks
